The Inn at Patrick Square, Clemson’s newest premier boutique lodging destination, opened mid-August and is welcoming guests. The hotel was developed in partnership between Highpointe Hotel Corporation and JMC Communities in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Guests may settle into one of nine suites or 36 guest rooms outfitted with modern tradition and filled with Clemson tradition – just two miles from the University. A vibrant Town Center and the beautiful Village Green anchor this charming community. The Stumphouse Café, the Inn’s on-site eatery, is the perfect spot for a light meal, local specialty treat, end-of-the-day beverage and casual conversation. As a guest of the Inn, you are steps away from restaurants, retail shops, outdoor concerts, Clemson University’s lifelong learning center, and more. Picture perfect weddings, reunions and social or business events will be made even more memorable in the Barker Ballroom. This space is the perfect setting to gather 150 of your colleagues, friends and family and treat them to the culinary delights created by Rick Erwin’s Clemson, the area’s finest restaurant, located directly next door to the Inn. “The vision is, and has always been, to create a unique, authentic Southern gathering place that reflects the rich heritage of Clemson University and the Upstate”, says Mike Cheezem, President and CEO of JMC Communities.
